This is your chance to ask questions!
Due to the coronavirus pandemic, this year the FNF National Conference will be held online via Zoom on Saturday, November 21st 2020. We hope this format will increase accessibility and inclusion by reducing barriers to participation. It certainly didn’t compromise the line-up of the event which includes three key representatives and influencers on family justice:
· Rt Hon Sir Andrew McFarlane - The President of the Family Division will be talking about the Private Family Law Working Group
· Baroness Stedman-Scott OBE - The Parliamentary Under Secretary of State (Minister for Work and Pensions) and the Minister responsible for Child Maintainance.
· Jacky Tiotto - The Chief Executive Officer of Cafcass (the Children and Family Court Advisory and Support Service).
The speakers will discuss strategy for separated families, protection of children and adults and issues arising from the current Covid-19 crisis. All have agreed to take questions in advance and some on the day 'from the floor'. Your best chance to ensure your questions are answered is to put your questions to our speakers, using the feedback form here. You can write three questions you would like to ask each speaker. We will share your questions with speakers in advance and will let you know what the emerging themes are. Please note that to have the best chance of your question being addressed it should be short and not include details that could be used to identify your case.
This is undoubtedly our most high profile conference speaker panel to date. Don’t forget to reserve the day in your diaries and make sure you register to the event. Registration details will soon follow separately.
