Cafcass' Complaints Process Survey (Deadline: Friday 7 May 2021)

Cafcass are undertaking a review of the way in which the Cafcass complaints process works, to help identify the key areas for improvement and make changes.

They are keen to hear from people who have had experience of Cafcass, both those who have used the complaints process and those who, for whatever reason, didn’t make a formal complaint.

The survey results will be used to support the recommendations for change and help shape the decisions that will be made about the improvements that are required. You will not be individually identified.

Taking part in this short survey will not impact on any current involvement you have with Cafcass, nor will it result in your individual complaint being reconsidered.

We need you to have completed the survey by 12pm (noon) Friday 7 May 2021.

Please click here to access and complete the surveyMany thanks for taking the time to participate.
